Incredible Aching

I thought having worked out pretty much consistently would mean my muscles don’t ache.

But they do.

So it means in the past I’ve just been wasting my time because I never felt them ache before, till I tried the new HIT method - High Intensity Training. Do everything to muscle failure.

Now the muscles ache.

Although I didn’t ache in the past, I *have* gotten stronger. So, does it mean I don’t really need to do high intensity training? Could be. Just would probably mean that the results would appear slower than if I did HIT.
